Includes; Either 1 Acrylic Full Set OR Monthly Maintenance (including standard nail art (Tier 1) & nail fixes)

Subscription Duration: The standard subscription contract is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Appointment Booking Requirements: Subscribers must book nail appointments at intervals of 3 weeks to maintain active subscription status. You may not schedule two (or more) subscription services within a 3-week period. The minimum interval between appointments is 3 weeks, while the maximum is 4 weeks.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Unused appointments do not roll over to the following month.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies: Subscribers must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the appointment or a cancellation fee.

Standard Subscription Services: The standard subscription includes either one full set acrylic service or monthly maintenance. Monthly maintenance comprises one standard infill, basic nail art (Tier 1), up to two nail fixes, and access to premium appointment bookings. Extras that are not included in the subscription package can be added onto the subscriber's service for an additional fee. Nail repairs/maintenance cover cracks & lifting; natural nail cracks & breakages, signs of Gel polish/Art wear are not covered. Take-offs are not included in this and will need to be added on to any service at an additional cost.

Priority Booking: Subscribers enjoy priority booking privileges, ensuring they have access to preferred appointment times - where available.

Auto Renewal: The subscription contract may be automatically renewed for another 12-month term unless the subscriber chooses to opt out. Subscribers will receive an email notification one week prior to renewal, providing the option to cancel or continue the subscription.

Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be used or assigned to any other individual.

Service Quality Assurance: The nail salon guarantees the quality and professionalism of its services, and will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Membership discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer, including packages, courses, off-peak & last-minute discounts.

Account Registration: Clients will need to register for an account with Ovieya London in order to redeem their subscriptions. Account registration will enable clients to access their subscription benefits, manage their appointments, and receive updates and notifications related to their subscription services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions of the subscription contract may be subject to change, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers.

Termination of Contract: In the event of a breach of contract or failure to comply with subscription terms, the nail salon reserves the right to terminate the subscription contract with immediate effect.

Governing Law: This subscription contract is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
