Yes. Non-members can still book selected services at standard pricing, subject to availability. However, members receive priority access, member pricing, and additional lounge benefits.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Once cancelled, your member benefits and pricing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If a membership payment fails, your membership benefits and member pricing will automatically be paused until payment is resolved.

Repeated failed payments may result in membership cancellation. After three consecutive failed payment attempts, your membership will be cancelled and any future appointments booked during that period may be reverted to standard non-member pricing. Rejoining may also require a reactivation fee and a waiting period before member pricing is restored.

Once your membership is active, you’ll be able to book eligible services through our booking system using your member access. Member pricing and benefits will apply automatically where eligible.

Most eligible maintenance and beauty services include member pricing. Some specialist, luxury, guest, or promotional services may be excluded. Full pricing and eligible services are shown during booking.
