The Smart Way to Beauty Maintenance

  • Unused Group A and Group B credits can roll over for one additional membership month. Group A stays Group A and Group B stays Group B, and your oldest available credit is used first. Credits cannot roll over beyond one month.

  • Group A covers your main beauty maintenance services, including selected nails and hair services. Group B covers selected brow and pedicure services. Your membership includes a set number of Group A and Group B credits each month depending on your tier.

  • You can access bookings for your next membership month from the 18th of the current month, subject to availability.

  • Yes. You can request to move between The Standard and The Signature. Any tier change will apply from your next eligible membership cycle and will not change credits you have already received.

  • Yes. The Ovieya Maintenance Club has a 3-month minimum term. After that, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Yes. Non-members can still book selected services at standard pricing, subject to availability. However, members receive priority access, member pricing, and additional lounge benefits.
