  • Yes. Our press-ons are designed to be reusable when removed carefully.

  • No, when applied and removed correctly they do not damage the natural nail.

  • To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend measuring your nails before ordering.

    You can do this by:

    1. Using a soft measuring tape across the widest part of your natural nail, or

    2. Using clear tape placed across the nail, marking the edges and measuring the width.

    Compare your measurements with our Sizing Guide to select the correct size.

  • At the moment, Polished Not Perfect sets are sold as designed collections, ensuring consistent quality and design accuracy.

    However, custom sets may be introduced in future limited releases.

  • Due to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of our press-on nails, returns are not accepted once production has begun.

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

  • All Polished Not Perfect press-on nails are handmade to order.

    Orders are processed weekly with a cut-off time of Sunday at 6 PM.

    • Orders placed before Sunday 6 PM will be included in that week’s production.

    • Orders placed after the cut-off will move to the following week’s production cycle.

    Production takes place Monday to Thursday, with sets prepared for dispatch once completed.

  • Completed press-on nail sets are batched and shipped on Fridays after production has finished for the week.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

    Typical UK delivery times are:

    • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
    • Express delivery: 1–2 working days

    Delivery begins once your order has been dispatched.
