Please read all of the information before booking an appointment below with one of our amazing technicians.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to avoid disappointment please select your appointment correctly, as slots are allocated by time.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to secure the booking. This amount is deducted from the final balance.

Please inform us in good time if you are running late to your appointment! We understand that things can happen therefore we have introduced a 15 minute grace period. After which a £15 fee is charged up to 30 minutes, at which time the appointment may be cancelled (or the late fee increased) at the technician's discretion.

*If you appointment is cancelled due to lateness you will be required to rebook, and pay another deposit.

A friendly reminder that deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations/no-shows. Appointment reschedules can be made once, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Same day “rescheduling” is considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to change the appointment.

Nail & Hair Bookings

For all fullset nail appointments you must come with clean nails (no gel, acrylic or any other nail enhancements) unless a take off has be added to your appointment. 

Please arrive at your hair appointmens with your hair clean and product free unless you have booked a wash + blow dry or take down service.

We are happy to remove or take down previous installments/nail enhancements however we must know in advance in order to plan the timings correctly and not affect later clients. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled if time does not permit.
