Please read all of the information before booking an appointment below with one of our amazing technicians.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to avoid disappointment please select your appointment correctly, as slots are allocated by time.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to secure the booking. This amount is deducted from the final balance.

Please inform us in good time if you are running late to your appointment! We understand that things can happen therefore we have introduced a 10 minute grace period. After which a £10 fee is charged up to 15 minutes. Any later than 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled, at the discretion of the technician.

*If you appointment is cancelled due to lateness you will be required to rebook, and pay another deposit.

A friendly reminder that deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations/no-shows. Appointment reschedules can be made once, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Same day “rescheduling” is considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to change the appointment.
