  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders will take 5-7 working days to process. After which please allow 3 working days shipping time.

    Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time = approx. 10-12 working days

    Please allow an extra 5 working days shipping time for 6x6 Closures.

  • What is your refund, returns and damages policy?

    Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a no refund and no returns policy.

    However, for orders with manufacturing faults, we may be able to offer an exchange. If this is the case, please send the item back wthin 3 days of receiving it. Please note we do not offer exchanges on used/worn products. Tags must be intact.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    Appointment reschedules can be made once, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Same day “rescheduling” is considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to change the appointment.

    Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your booking in wich your deposit will not be refunded.

  • How long will my wig take to arrive?

    Orders will take 5-7 working days to process. After which please allow 3 working days shipping time and 10 working days for construction. Once the construction has finished, allow 3 working days for delivery.

    If the bundles have not been purchased from us please ensure we receive them within 4 working days from this order date.

  • Do you do work on other nail technician’s work?

    We do not do work on other nail technician’s work.

    We do however take off other nail technicians work. Please make sure to select Takeoff Redo as an add-on when making your booking.

  • Is hair included in the cost of my booking?

    Hair is not included in the cost of your booking so you will need to attend your appointment with your hair.

    We can however supply hair for your appointment at an additional cost. Please make sure to select Braiding Hair/Extensions as an add-on when making your booking.

  • If I cancel my appointment, can I get a refund on my deposit?

    All deposits are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment.

  • How does the nail subscription work?

    For details regarding the nail subscrition, please refer to the Terms & Conditions for our Standard Subscriptions and Prermium Subscriptions.
